I've gotten them once for hero use, I think it was during the Aegon arena but I'm not sure, mostly because I was grinding for Aegon while simultaneously doing 5.3 exploration2 -

Actually, the collector is the final boss of act 5.2 both in terms of difficulty and BS but anyway congrats OP, now go for uncollected4 -

Mine was x23, pretty solid I thought but I shocked myself by pulling proxima, magik, warlock( from a legendary crystal no less) in that order, a crazy streak of early luck3 -
