Either wait for the Aegon dupe or go for Corvus. Blade and AA are perfect at rank 4. Starky is also a viable option, but he's not as good as Corvus in my opinion2 -

RDT would change the balance of the game. You would rank down past mistakes and not get punished for making them. A rank up should be forever.2
