Yes you earned the title and get the login rewards and other stuff but for the EQ you also need to be level 55. Thats the rules that they made up for their game.1 -

If my main team wasnt tied up in AW and AQ i probably would have finish sooner but it takes a while when you have very select hours with a full roster1
