No, it's not capped at 15. Go look up Aryl's Sabretooth breakdown. His furies are unlimited with the synergy. Edit: you don't understand ST1 -

I would almost concede this fact, but with ST's unlimited ramp up, he would be flirting with the damage cap every hit after 7 or 8 fights.1 -
