They'd probably require Act 4 completion to be able to claim gifting badge. Was it just Act 2 or 3 completion required the past few years?0 -

They'd probably update it after the gifting event, so player's can't hoard units now on new/low level accounts just to feed ggc's to their main account during gifting event.2 -
