I think it's to drive the community together. Either driving traffic to ccp members who can release videos to help or increase the number of forum posts about targets rather than the other stuff.7 -

I'd say focus on story content. Complete act 7 and 8, then explore 8.1. Find the duel list and do the spot side quest, get candy, dont forget to take a 6 star into the quest in case you have 1% …7 -

I think they increased the time to do some manual adjustments, maybe take out the modders too before rewards went out3 -
