My guess would be it's to do with the bell curve of AW ratings. As your AW rating changes, the amount by which it will change will also differ.0 -

If there were 2 buffs in a month and they were mediocre then it can be understood. If only one buff is done in a month, it should be significant. That's my opinion.16 -

Yes, classic Ultron is a trophy champ so if any were added I'd expect the others. From the list I'd expect wolverine to be the least game breaking champ.8
