It's not even tied to the sp3, it's any special from my testing. In BGs, I tried a few times to drain the defender's power before my sp3, and they ripped their sp2 on me, lol2 -

Fumble and shuri
In 9.2 quest 1 tech path, attackers get a fumble which reduces ability accuracy of dex. But Shuri is immune to AAR, how does this interaction work, I kept failing my dex with Shuri.4
