Fully explore Heroic and Master difficulty in the monthly EQ as fast as possible. Cut off times are usually around 3 hours and 15 minutes. And do it within the first 2 weeks of the EQ being released.1 -

Well you can always try different methods to open crystals. The champion is selected when you 'tap to stop' while spinning, or when you hit 'open crystal' while popping.1 -

Her ability is triggered by the opponent recovering more than 5% health. So once the regen is done, then the heal block is inflicted.3
