Of the lot I would go with cable...Spidey needs the dupe and hood is pretty easy to beat imo...Howard can also be placed but he doesn't have the attack to get the kill..cable can work on kinetic…1 -

Both would work easily well... although guillotine will give u an extra option for other fights as well...but if only going for wolverine,I would use void as he is more reliable1 -
