Terrax is pretty rank three worthy. He’s odd to play, but he’s got valuable immunities and some good damage post buff. I would R3 him.6 -

They didn’t nerf him. All you need is a 50 nuclear energy (40 being the base) to get power stings back to where they were. But i do think his buff is lacking.15
