Loki and Medusa with amor shatter were the two top champs , with Nebula also being a good option. However, Corvus wrecks him and Lagacy has a video where he very easily one shots Ultron with his CG.2 -

Used a generic on my 5/65 Starky and absolutely no regrets. Not necessarily a fan but Legacy has a video on ranking up Starky and he makes a good argument that Starky is worth the generic.7 -
