In a sense he was, with his type of rework they treated him like a new champion release and had him take a slot of last months champions, like how iron man did. She doesn’t do that.1 -

But the thing is, cyclops was being treated like an actual new character, hence why he was featured in event quest content and had a pre release bundle. She won’t have any of that there for it’s kind…6
