Actually none of them need awakening to be great. But if you use apoc more often that regen is nice to have and best option to awaken from the above choices imo.0 -

You need to have active fury buff inorder to dmg. And ofcourse poison immune champ.0 -

You already god solid cosmics, Hyperion won't do much imo, but ranking up quake can be helpful in lot of annoying nodes and provides evade synergy with nick as well.0 -

CGR is my mvp in act 7.1 exploration. Colossus is also good but I like to bring OR for great dmg. Whereas CGR doesn't rely on synergies to be great, just use the rotation for great dmg.0
