You can do pretty much everything up to 100% act 5 and LOL. Finish, ROL RTTL, just slowly work through 100% act 4 and do a first clear of act 51 -

Guillotine will do better for you than winter soldier unduped, she has better damage output in more scenarios and her heal reverse is very good utility against masochism and buffet nodes in 5.2.6 -
