If your starlord has been having an 80% crit rate for this long you've just been incredibly lucky. Starlords crit rate is about 20% and that includes his sp22 -

There are a lot of poison/ bleed nodes throughout act 5 where iceman will be great for. Storm can be replaced with pretty much any good damage dealer2 -
