What's your definition of a champ that makes sense? If you are saying, follow a tier list, then which tier list as they vary. It make sense to rank a champ you like to play.5 -

It's not a waste, if you are having fun. It's a waste if you rank a god tier champ that you don't like to play. Plus r5 resources are only rare for now and won't be rare forever.7
