I believe your profile viewed by everyone else is your top champs with base rating (no masteries taken into consideration). The profile you see is your top champs “with” your masteries2 -

I am not trying to speak for everyone else, but people are more concerned with T2As and T5Bs than class specific T4cc. For me, I would not have used T2As on Dorm given this nerf.3
