He isnt the best option for either fight though...I have him at rank 4 duped and explored both those quests. There are tons of better options against fury and better counters to CapIW0 -

Have finished most of endgame content, sparky didnt contribute at all to anything in Act 6 yet because for each matchup there are tons of better option. He does proc buffs...thats literally how you b…2 -

Nah not really, its a rough guide to see vaguely how useful a champ is. I followed the more popular ones and I am doing soo much better than most players playing this game.1
