Mine has def been happening with Warlock multiple times and have had it with other champs as well. 1st hit of a special doesnt register and AI blocks the rest of it.2 -

I've gotten clipped by the tech Doombot in AQ a few times, same as Civil Warrior/P2099 but this one gets me, never had a problem with the other two.8 -

Not sure if you have him but IMIW works really well. Spam SP1, keeps shock up and power gain down.1
