I mean, Human Torch can cover him. He's incinerate immune and will have his power ramp up as he is in the Aura of Incineration. He has no buffs, only passives iirc.2 -

Have her as my first and only six star, the burst damage with all 6 busted rebuffs is killer once you get the precision and the cruelty, the evade countering is nice along with the DOT damage. Oh and…1 -
