I think the only way for a legend title was to be one of the first 300 to beat it. I think the points went away due to the prevalence of cheating and hacking to beat it.1 -

Yes, or you have to complete a single path of the Labyrinth. But Realm of Legends would be much easier.1 -

They gave Kang away last year in the greater gifting crystals. Everyone that logged in for a 14 day period even got 5 of those crystals for free. I know a few people that were lucky enough to get him.2
