@docu3 is correct. The arena does not show up if you did not participate in the first goldpool arena. I checked my alt account and there is nothing there aside from the normal arenas.3 -

They typically adjust war ratings if there is evidence of a member or members breaking the terms of service (cheating/hacking/account sharing).2 -

800 million in revenue does not mean that they are making a profit. If they had 900 million in expenses and other costs they would be losing money.2
