He might actually believe you. Get it. Mephisto and all mystic champs placed for war generally need Mystic Dispersion mastery to realize their full usefulness against your enemy.3 -

He does not deal a lot of damage like other mutants or even like a Hyperion that also has power gain and regen. I would not rank him demi-god tier as there are five other mutants that are better than…2
