Voodoo and kill fast. The regen you get at the beginning of the match with Voodoo offsets most of what is lost.3 -

I agree but prestige difference in points between 4000 and 5000 like you provide is already 21 million. So, it could be prestige and map choice.1 -

It is not against the TOS. Lots of people have multiple accounts and it has been addressed by moderators before that you can have multiple accounts.7
