Knull is great since he reduces bleed and poison potency. But basically anyone who is immune to bleed/poison resists it or or has regen is pretty suicide friendly.1 -

Is agree Destroyer is the better defender but werwolf can cause some chip damage with his ruptures through block. Also the unstoppable/unblockable can also sometimes catch people.2 -
