Buddy degen is debuff. But for dhormammu the degen debuff mechanism is passive aka meki debuff. If degen occur in passive mechanism wp wont trigger. But as it is a debuff so should not trigger agains…1 -

Venompool random continuity buff ability sometimes regen like 60+ per tick and sometimes 1 or 2 per tick. Why is that?1 -
