As a r3 owner of Hulk I'll speak for him, since I missed out on Sinister. He does a great job in 9.1. Stun lock, great damage. He can clear paths for you.2 -

Thing is, back then not many had Fate Seals. I can't remember much, but Longshot was one. He has to stick to SP2's for the Fate seal ig. Hood's Fate seal was a passive too iirc. Post b…1 -
