Spider-Gwen makes the fight fairly easy. Just don't mess up and make sure his specials are Unblockable, and if they are make sure you don't block so Spider-Gwen can evade the entire special.1 -

As far as I'm aware, IMIW's autoblock is based off of how many Armor stacks he has. Just keep those down and you'll be fine.1
