Mostly just champs that rely on sp1. And DDHK, because Kabam secretly hates him. Probably. Also champs with low-damage utility specials I guess, like OGVision. If only DDHK got that KP kinda buff too.1 -

At least until somebody replaces her meta, like with Starlord, but I kinda expect Kabam to buff her before that. Making her redundant would cause a fair bit of unwanted strife in the community.3
