I think the bleed on block and dexterity is a little much. If he had one or the other it might be ok, but if you don’t have a bleed immune champ (like a really bad draft in BG) you’re just taking a b…1 -

Yeah sometimes I get a little tripped up with all the interactions but I figured my latter comment was probably more accurate. That would make him top tier if he got to just bypass debuff shruggers.0
