I completed the whole thing and did expierence that problem but only on the chapter 1 bosses. I died many times in acts 2-4 but got all the rewards. I don’t know what triggers it1 -

I’ve actually been hoping to pull and dupe him. He’s a high skill champ but when you learn how to play him he’s super fun and rewarding. He also has the best offensive evade in the game2
