When you apply percentages to an actual time (Like 7.5 seconds on the node) and increase and decrease it by a percentage, that's exactly how percentages work.5 -

7.5 increased by 100% is 15. 15 decreased by 100% is zero. Or 7.5 decreased by 100% is zero. Increase zero by 100% is still zero.8
