Two major points: 1) Leader is a Gamma champ and Chee eats them for breakfast 2) Leader prevents shrug/cleanse on his debuffs, so Tranquilize is the best counterplay option.3 -

When talking about champions of this caliber, I would always recommend the new over the dupe. You will eventually get awakening gems, guaranteed. There are no guarantees that you will pull Photon.7 -
