They changed the Hawkeye synergy when they buffed him. Kabam didn’t explain why but it’s on Hawkeye’s release notes if you want to go check.2 -

I’ve been having this problem too, but with 7.2 exploration instead of 7.1. Hopefully some good advice can be shared.3
