You can definitely do the rest of act 5 if you’ve already done 100% of 5.2. I personally feel like 5.3 is harder than 5.4 but only because it takes so long to get through because of the damage reduct…4 -

There are two 5* hand to hand crystals, both from the side quest, and 3 cav crystals, one from the calendar, one from the arena, and one from the objectives.1
