Use AA, apoc, warlock, caiw, and starky. AA and apoc can stop the shrug off of your debuffs which means masochism won’t trigger. Warlock can stop the healing from masochism which makes fights quicker.1 -

The answer is always ghost. Doom will do a lot for you at rank 4 and you should take him up next but it’s ghost first.1
