The dupe reduces damage if you're poisoned, so if you run liquid courage, it's amazing. If you don't run liquid courage, it's not as beneficial3 -

There is overlap, but Diablo handles scenarios AA can't, such as bleed immunity and nullify buffs. Not to mention he heals from poison and Sp3 making him more sustainable. They are both amazing …1
