It's definitely possible. The biggest roadblock is often the random nodes/defender combinations. Nodes like fisticuffs really hurts Herc if you aren't careful4 -

Bishop is already a good defender to rank up anyway. Ultron should handle Bishop pretty well next season too2 -

Apoc and Torch also work. Torch specifically for this BG meta has been helpful4
