Prefights have been bugged for ages. You've always had to check to make sure they actually apply before entering fights to be safe. I'm not sure if that one with Scorp is tied to the curren…1 -

Sorcerer is a very good Domino counter at I think sig 40. Her increased ability accuracy and no percentage based abilities means no crit fail10 -

Regardless, I do agree that the global protection node is absolutely awful. It took more than twice as long to explore the mystic quest as it did the skill quest before it14
