Pretty much what I've been saying. He's not iron patriot by any means but he's not remotely worth t5b. He's an okay champ with some utility and synergies. Hes fine at R11 -

Then you're stuck with the Champion in your team as well. The benefit to Mephisto isnt near worth a roster slot to carry Champion around6
