It's is quite a poor setup. I'm fine with the cooldowns and refresh costs but if we're only going to gain one energy at a time, the timer should start after the first energy is used.1 -

There aren't 44 place holders. 1 at quest completion and 1 at quest exploration for each quest. Then 1 at chapter exploration. That's 13. 6500 shards.1 -
