22hr events offer a revive in the 3rd milestone. Event quest completion Hero use Level up Arena use I think those are the only 4 22hr events1 -

Awakened Mr Negative heals when he’s got a degen on him. You can also try using regen champs and heal back whatever health gets lost from degen.1 -
