No, you have to clear the quest 3 times. I had a 9564 R1 6* duped P2099. He sleepwalked through it. Highly recommend if you haven't ranked P2099 yet. He got much, much better.2 -

Way back in the day, bleed and poison damage scaled with armor break as well. So you could parry a suicides champ to death. Only thing you had to watch out for was Willpower, which was WAY more broke…1
