You forgot X23, so she is technically 23rd best.... and you could make the argument that Bishop is also better, at least in certain matchups. And maybe even Mister Sinister as well.9 -

Terrax is the worst as of now... even if his attack is boosted 5% he will be at least useable. So I do think Nova ends up being the worst. For now I voted Terrax. I don’t have Apoc at any rarity, so …5 -
