Really felt they should have taken a direction with Act 7, similar to that of Variant 4. New book, new beginning. Restart with 2* champs with a 2* or 1* restriction with challenging but fun gameplay.…70 -

That's what he's saying. The larger your pool of attempts the closer it is to the expected odds. So you should be seeing five in every 100.1 -
