They do this every cycle, the lower tier becomes more scarce. Then we complain and they increase it at the next level when they come extinct. It's pretty gross behavior in my opinion.3 -

Damn its crazy once you see it like that. A switch 2 is less expensive than a 7* torch. Kabam has been spoiled by us and need to realize this fact.3
