Why’s everyone hyping storm? She’s dumpster fire tier compared to Sunspot, Namor, Domino, Havok, AA and her damage is based on the opponents power level which is stupid.2 -

I think their RNG rolls for quality and then the champ themselves making it harder to attain what everyone wants. How else they gonna get you to spend? Ever try trading T4CCs back in 3 for a crystal?…2 -
