you just gotta kill the boss with a 4* skill, you can bring any star level/class on the quest you can even use someone else to do the 1st 99%, just finish with 4* skill6 -

They can’t make it easier, the number of ties is already out of control. In the last 24 wars, my alliance has 6 ties. If you make it even easier, you’ll see alliances go 3-2-7 and have weird records …6
