Ya he ignores resistance. Take him against something like resistor and you’ll see, same damage with 0 or 10 physical resistances2 -

i have a rank 3 king groot as a 6*, i use for 2/3 of the aq variations, he's amazing. I'll have elsa ranked up soonish also, but not enough t2a/t5b16
